Sometimes we feel happy, sometimes we feel sad, or lonely, which means that you wish someone else was with you. Sometimes we feel sleepy or anxious, which means we feel nervous or afraid about something that might happen in the future. And what do we do if we feel two or three emotions all at once? Well, during this session, we’re going to talk about how we can identify what we're feeling and we'll even make an emoji feelings wheel to help us show others all the emotions we may be experiencing at one time!
